We are looking for co-drivers for the scissor truck at Schiphol. Do you not have a driver's license but would you like to work in a truck? Then respond quickly!
Co-driver Scissor truck - Schiphol
As a Scissor truck Co-driver - Aircraft cleaner you are responsible for loading and unloading trolleys with board supply goods and guiding the scissor truck on the platform. You assist the scissor truck driver during the positioning of the scissor truck against the aircraft, and during the connection of the scissor truck to the loading platform of the warehouse. In addition, you are responsible for collecting and distributing the pillows and blankets on board the aircraft, and you assist the cleaning team.
You will work in a dynamic environment where compliance with instructions and regulations for safety reasons is a top priority. You work in a schedule with day and evening shifts, between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM. You can always be there on time, your own transport may be necessary for this. You live in the vicinity of Schiphol. You also work twice a month on the weekend.
Job requirements:
• You will be screened by the Royal Marechaussee and KLM;
• You have MBO work and thinking level;
• You are in good physical health.
• Affinity with air freight/aviation is a plus.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language (speaking) is a must
What we offer
• You will receive a platform safety training test with which you will receive an airport pass to be able to work and drive on the platforms (platform authority).
• You will complete a training course for scissor lift co-driver - aircraft cleaner.
• You will receive safety shoes and work clothing.
• Salary €14,68 per hour
• A challenging job in which both part-time and full-time contracts are possible, with the prospect of a permanent contract.
