Planner - Nieuw Vennep

What will you do?
As a planner at SABA Benelux, you will be responsible for organizing the work at Schiphol. You will match candidates with the right shifts and be creative when it comes to last-minute changes. If extra shifts are needed or someone drops out, you know how to solve it by rearranging the schedules. If the planning is running smoothly, you'll assist with recruiting and/or registering new candidates! All in all, you have an energetic personality and enjoy connecting candidates with opportunities!

What are we looking for?

• You are a creative communicator;
• Strong persuasive and enthusiastic skills;
• Well-organized;
• Genuinely interested in people and making sure their needs are met;
• Stress-resistant and flexible;
• Enjoy talking and calling people, with some administrative work when successful matches are made;
• Experience is useful, but not required.
