At SABA Benelux, you’ll have the opportunity to shine as an All-Round Pushback Operator at one of the most dynamic workplaces in the Netherlands: Schiphol Airport.

What will you do?
As an All-Round Pushback Operator, you're the person who quite literally gets aircraft moving. Once passengers, crew, and baggage are on board, you jump into the pushback tug and safely maneuver the aircraft towards the taxiway. You’ll be in direct contact with pilots and air traffic control, so a solid command of English is essential.

You’ll also support various ramp activities. Arriving early for a flight? You might assist colleagues with loading baggage, removing cones and wheel chocks, or carrying out safety checks. You’ll help ensure operations run smoothly and safely.

In short: a versatile role with responsibility, variety, and teamwork.

Your responsibilities:

• Operating a pushback tug to move aircraft from the gate to the taxiway
• Communicating with pilots and air traffic control
• Assisting colleagues with baggage handling, removing safety cones and wheel chocks, and performing safety inspections
• Ensuring each flight departs safely and on time

What we offer:

• Starting salary between €2,836 and €3,737 per month (based on 38 hours), depending on experience
• Shift allowances between 22% and 40% for early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Fully paid training to become a certified pushback specialist
• No night shifts – only morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
• Travel allowance: up to €9.20/day by car or €16.20/day by public transport
• 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment)

What we expect from you:

• You're stress-resistant and detail-oriented, with safety as your top priority
• You hold a valid EU category B driving license
• You have experience as a pushback operator or are willing to start as a ramp agent
• You're available Monday through Sunday, including public holidays
• You have a good command of Dutch and English
• You can travel to Schiphol at any time of the day
• You're available for shifts between 05:00 and 00:00
