The posted employee has a formal employment relationship with the client. The agreement often includes an hourly guarantee and the agreement also has a clear end date. Unlike a temporary worker, the posted worker has more rights but also more duties and more security than a temporary worker.
How does posting work?
Saba Benelux has seconded employees legally in paid employment. You hire the employee for a predetermined period. Saba Benelux is formally the employer of the posted employee. You are the client of Saba Benelux. The posted employee falls under your operational management and supervision.
